Eligibility
Unworn, unwashed, and unused items in original condition may be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending an item back.
Exceptions
Custom, personalized, final-sale, gift card, or hygiene-sensitive products are not eligible unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
Email us with your order number and clear photos as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the original third-party payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
